This Refund & Warranty Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made from Surf-Wheels ‘n E-Bikes (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 1021 West Bay Dr, Largo, FL 33770.
By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Final Sale – Electric Rideables
Due to the nature of motorized and electronic mobility products:
• All electric bicycles, electric trikes, electric skateboards, and similar motorized rideables are considered final sale once assembled, delivered, or ridden.
• Returns are only eligible if the product is new, unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.
• Return requests must be made within 7 calendar days of purchase.
• Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
• Shipping, delivery, and assembly fees are non-refundable.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise required by law.
Products showing signs of use, wear, damage, or modification are not eligible for return.

2. Batteries & Electrical Components
For safety and regulatory reasons:
• Batteries, chargers, controllers, wiring, and electrical components are non-refundable.
• These components are covered only under the applicable manufacturer’s warranty.

3. Manufacturer Warranty (Factory Warranty)
All products sold by Surf-Wheels ‘n E-Bikes are covered under their respective manufacturer’s factory warranty.
• Warranty duration and coverage vary by brand and product.
• Warranty terms are determined solely by the manufacturer.
• Surf-Wheels ‘n E-Bikes stands behind and supports the factory warranty policies of the brands we sell.
• We assist customers in processing warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
Final approval, replacement decisions, and parts coverage are subject to manufacturer terms and conditions.
Modifications & Warranty Voidance
Modifications & Warranty Voidance
To ensure safety, performance, and warranty protection:
Customers must not modify, alter, or install non-approved parts or accessories on their electric bicycle or trike.
Any unauthorized modifications—including but not limited to electrical changes, motor alterations, controller swaps, wiring changes, or use of non-original batteries—may void the manufacturer’s warranty
Surf-Wheels ‘n E-Bikes is not responsible for any damage, malfunction, or safety issues resulting from unauthorized modifications.
Labor and parts related to modified bikes will not be covered under any warranty and will be billed at standard service rates.
We strongly recommend consulting with our team before making any upgrades or changes to your bike or trike.

4. One (1) Year Labor Warranty – Surf-Wheels ‘n E-Bikes
Regardless of brand purchased, Surf-Wheels ‘n E-Bikes provides:
One (1) Year Complimentary Labor Warranty
from the original purchase date for manufacturer-approved warranty repairs.
This means:
• If a repair is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty,
• And the product was purchased from Surf-Wheels ‘n E-Bikes,
• Labor for that warranted repair is provided at no charge for one (1) year.
Labor Warranty Limitations
Free labor does not apply to:
• Accidents or crash damage
• Abuse or misuse
• Unauthorized modifications
• Improper assembly by third parties
• Water damage or corrosion
• Normal wear and tear (tires, brake pads, tubes, chains, etc.)
• Diagnostic fees for non-warranty issues
After one (1) year from purchase date, labor services are billed at standard service rates.

5. Accessories & Non-Motorized Items
• Unused accessories may be returned within 14 calendar days with proof of purchase.
• Items must be unused and in original packaging.

6. Special Orders & Custom Builds
Special orders, custom builds, and pre-ordered items are non-cancelable and non-refundable once placed with the supplier. Deposits are non-refundable.

7. Financing Purchases
For purchases made through third-party financing providers:
• Returns and warranty coverage remain subject to this Policy.
• Customers remain responsible for their financing agreements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Surf-Wheels ‘n E-Bikes shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use any product purchased.

Warranty Maintenance Requirement
Regular maintenance is essential to keep your e-ride operating safely and efficiently. We strongly recommend bringing your e-ride in for scheduled tune-ups at the appropriate intervals.
Please note that failure to maintain your e-ride properly may affect warranty coverage. Surf-Wheels n’ E-Bikes reserves the right to evaluate and determine warranty eligibility based on service history and overall care of the e-ride.
